Ecstatic Dance Massachusetts and AvenueJP come together to bring you an energizing experience this month! The journey will consist of a quick warmup, guided meditative breathing exercise, and an ice breaker, followed by a live hour-long DJ set on our own silent disco personal headphones system, and conclude with a relaxing guided meditation and sound healing. All are welcomed but space is limited!
