Da Vinci Bistro invites you and your loved ones to join us for a carefully crafted wine dinner featuring modern Italian-inspired cuisine and exquisite wine pairings provided by French family-owned winery, Alta Vista! 

Alta Vista owner/winemaker Patrick d'Aulan has prepared the perfect wine accompaniment for each of our five unique and flavorful courses! 

Our Menu is as follows: 

APPETIZER 

Celery Root Carpaccio 

with peach cipolline, cucumber and fennel medley, finished with a lemon vinaigrette 

Wine Accompaniment: Alta Vista Brut Blanc de Blancs 

PRIMO 

Wild Mushroom Risotto 

with a drizzle of of truffle oil 

Wine Accompaniment: Alta Vista Temporal Blend 

SECONDO 

Wild Boar Ragù

reduced with cab sauvignon, served over homemade crostini, and topped with asiago cheese

Wine Accompaniment: Alta Vista Estate Cabernet 

MAIN COURSE

Herb-Crusted Rack of Lamb 

with blackberry reduction, and a side of potato purée
