Are you looking for intensive & versatile pre-professional training and access to professional level performance experiences? Auditions for Deborah Mason's CYDP Dance Company are on Monday, August 8th for Intermediate thru Advanced dancers ages 10 and up.
4:00-5:30pm: Ages 10-13
6:00-7:30pm: Ages 13-18

Voted Best Dance School by Boston A-List 2016, the Deborah Mason School of Dance is home to the Cambridge Youth Dance Program, offering expert training in the art of ballet, modern dance, character, Broadway, tap, jazz, and drama. But more than just training, the program opens doors to other opportunities for our dancers through the CYDP Dance Company and individually.


*CYDP Dance Company has appeared at Fenway Park tributes for Michael Jackson and Prince, in Fela! the Broadway Hit Show at the Cutler Majestic Theatre, and on national stages including The Kennedy Center for Performing Arts, The Imperial Theater on Broadway, The Kennedy Library, and the Duke Ellington Theater.


*Our dancers have appeared in lead roles at Wheelock Family Theater, in MTV videos with Janet Jackson, have performed for Maurice Hines, and in Broadway productions such as Billy Elliot, the touring production of Evita, Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat, and on tour with Debbie Allen in Brothers of the Knight.


*Alumni have been accepted to and awarded dance scholarships from Harvard Dance Program, Hofstra University, Bates College, Dean College, Alvin Ailey, Bermuda Civic Ballet, New York City Ballet, Boston Ballet, American Ballet Theater, Joffrey Ballet, Fordham University, and Boston Conservatory.
