Unleash your child's inner tech genius! Our program is designed to introduce young minds to the exciting world of cutting-edge technology, where imagination meets reality. Students will experience laser tag adventures by engaging in thrilling laser tag battles and developing teamwork and strategic thinking. Virtual reality explorations through immersive virtual worlds, exploring new dimensions and challenging their problem-solving skills. Students receive electronic sports coaching by learning from experienced college eSports coaches and compete against friends in exciting gaming tournaments in the most popular games. Students will create several different projects to take home including a fully working coding project, a graphic design project, a Minecraft architecture project, and a movie project. Their own fully functional games are coded using Scratch, fostering creativity and coding skills. Students’ stunning posters and visuals are designed using Sketchpad, honing their artistic and technical abilities. Students build incredible structures and cities in the limitless world of Minecraft, sparking their architectural imagination. Finally, to finish off their amazing digital portfolio, students make a movie project from start to finish by writing their own script, discovering professional cinematography concepts, exploring mise-en-scene, uncovering the secrets of custom-made sound effects in Foley studios, and editing their movie in Final Cut Pro with advanced CGI and effects. All 4 of their projects will be finished and taken home by the end of the program.
