Embrace global flavors and fiery techniques in this hour-long grilling intensive with Claire! You can grill alongside us or watch and learn.
Cooking outdoors, over fire, connects us to our human roots. But there's much more beyond just the flame, char and smoke when it comes to making the most of summer grilling. In this live virtual class, join Claire, our founder and Blender-in-Chief in her backyard as she teaches three ways to get incredible flavor with spices, grill-side.
She'll uncover how marinating with spice can allow for excellent plan-ahead grilled meals, why a dry rub with spices yields a different result than wet, and how to use textural spice blends to your advantage when grilling vegetables. Claire Cheney founded Curio Spice Co. in 2015 to source spices directly from farmers and share their stories through her unique blends.
