Join the CIMC community and Dawn Scott for a day of practice dedicated to cultivating nourishing and wise attention. Through reflection, dharma talks, inquiry, and sitting and walking practice, we will open to how fundamental wise attention is to the path of awakening. We will discover that how we attend to our experiences, and what we attend to, shapes the course of the mind, and influences the heart.
This program will be held online via Zoom. All registrants will receive the link to join the program in their Order Confirmation email. Times are ET.
This day of practice is open to people of all levels of practice experience, well-suited for beginners and experienced meditators alike. We will apply mindfulness and appropriate attention as tools to develop the wisdom that frees us. Come explore…everyone is welcome.
This program will not be recorded. Full and partial scholarships are available up to 72 hours before the start of the program.
