Join us as we cook up some classic dishes from the Sephardic diaspora reaching from the Maghreb (Northern Africa) to the Levant (Western Asia). We will learn how to make a classic hummus from scratch, a tomato and pepper base to cook both fish and egg dishes from North Africa (chraime and shakshuka), a Yemenite hot sauce (schoug), and a yogurt flatbread to scoop it all up with. Instructor: Sabrina Pashtan
This class will meet in-person at CCAE with a limited student capacity. Our in-person class guidelines for the fall can be found at ccae.org/in-person-classes.
