Join Spira for a blissful experience using crystal singing bowls and reiki healing energy. Studies have shown that singing bowl sound meditation can produce physiological and psychological responses, reducing negative affect and increasing positive affect, as well as improving blood pressure, heart rate, and respiratory rate.


Rest comfortably with bolsters and blankets and allow the frequencies of the sounds wash over you while receiving reiki energy directly from a Reiki Master Teacher delivered via sound. Bring anything you'd like to make it more comfortable for you.
