Join us for this incredibly relaxing and empowering event. Shaman, Laura Zak Hackel will be leading a crystal singing bowl meditation outdoors in Sudbury.
Please wear a mask, although masks are not required during the event since we will be physically distanced outdoors.
We suggest bringing along a yoga mat/beach chair/ pillow or blanket to sit on. Feel free to also bring some water, or something to sip on if you’d like. See you there.
