Join mental health author and advocate, Dayna Altman, as she performs her mental health poetry on stage with live musical accompaniment. The performance will be followed by a community "talk back" disscussion about mental helth and community care. A great way to launch into mental health awareness month, Dayna will share her mental health journey through poetry. Mental health resource bags and cookies included!
