Open the visceral door of your body and join award winning movement artist Nejla Yatkin for a gentle movement exploration inspired by patterns in nature. Participants will be guided through a process harnessing multiple practices including; Reiki, Feldenkrais, physical theater exercises, and contemporary dance. Harness the power of your imagination and explore your unique movement vocabulary. Through improvisation and structured exercises, discover new pathways of self-expression and connection to the natural world.


Registration for this workshop can be completed through The Dance Complex’s Mindbody system. Participants must create or login to Mindbody to register.
