Creative Movement (Novice/Beg.) -
A true original, this fusion class, Creative Movement is for the non-dancer and dancer alike. Drawing from a variety of dance and movement styles, this expressive class balances exuberance with mindfulness. Students are empowered to follow the teacher through an energizing warm-up and learn choreography to share full out, encouraged literally every step of the way. This class is about reveling in the joy of movement and getting connected to one's own body while together as a group cultivating positive energy that lasts beyond the class.
