New to HUBweek this year, the Ideas Dome Presented by Blue Cross Blue Shield of MA will feature a series of more than four dozen sessions taking place across five days, exploring how we can build a more inclusive and equitable future.


Innovating for the future requires advanced and original thinking. Join Alnylam Pharmaceuticals' Chief Human Resources Officer Karen Anderson as she discusses how building diverse and inclusive environments can benefit businesses in the life sciences and beyond. Karen will give concrete steps for creating a workforce of people with different backgrounds and skill sets. Furthermore, she will explain how fostering diverse thinking has helped Alnylam as it continues to grow.
