On September 15th, Breaktime is hosting a free event as a part of City Awake’s, the Chamber of Commerce’s young professional platform, Fierce Urgency of Now Festival. This festival brings Boston’s diverse young professionals together with business leaders, organizations and their peers to build connections, advance careers and ignite positive change. Our event, Creating the Next Generation of Nonprofit Leaders, aims to inspire young people to realize their power and potential to create change on issues that matter to them. Everyone can expect to leave this workshop with insight into what it is like to start a nonprofit as a young adult as well as the motivation to get involved with their community.
