NEW TO CAMBRIDGE! Presented by Kadampa Meditation Center Boston

Meditation is a habit. Create a healthy habit that leads to inner peace.

In these Thursday evening classes, we will look at how to begin and make progress in our meditation practice. Whether this habit sticks or not depends upon what techniques we use to keep our effort and joy going. Feel free to drop in to any or all of these classes to learn how to find real peace through meditation.

Each class includes two guided meditations, practical wisdom on how to maintain the experience of the inner peace in daily life and time to discuss the ideas presented.

Buddhist teacher, Kadam Kyle Davis, will guide meditations and give a short talk on practical methods that are easy and clear to incorporate in our busy, daily lives.

Suitable for all levels of experience. Everyone is welcome!

COST:$15 per class OR $65 for 5-class card which can be purchased at the class.
