Within all of us lies some wisdom, echoed by the timeless teachings that Buddha gave, that can empower us to find more balance so that we can enjoy work, life and everything in between. It doesn’t matter what kind of work we do or what kind of lifestyle we have, Buddha’s teachings on creating a balanced life will fit right in with our own daily experience.
During this meditation workshop, Gen Khedrub will share some Buddhist thoughts and meditation techniques that we can all use to create a more balanced, relaxed and meaningful life.
Meditations will be guided and light refreshments will be available during the break. This workshop is perfect for beginners and experienced meditators.
Everyone is welcome.
Location: This event will be held at Kadampa Meditation Center Boston, located at 2298 Massachusetts Ave. in Cambridge, just a few blocks from the Davis Square T stop. There is free parking available, please email us at [email protected]
