In this Friday Night special class taught by our Culinary Director - Dave, along with our Wine Director - Joe Comforti, students will be instructed on how to crack a 90 pound parmigiano reggiano wheel, through the instruction of our chef! Students will be able to be the first to try the fresh cheese the chef has just cracked open, along with sampling and learning various types of wines!
