Love the steakhouse vibe and menu? Then bring your other half and get cooking at the farm! In this hands-on couples cooking class with Chef Thi, we’ll create a delicious dinner using farm-fresh steakhouse flavor profiles. You’ll flame a rich Steak au Poivre, create perfect Pommes Puree, riff on a wedge with a delicious Roasted Cabbage Wedge Salad and make a chocolate surprise dessert. Enjoy your creations during dinner at the communal farm table. Wine is available for purchase.

Cancellation Policy: In the event The Trustees cancels a program due to severe weather, low enrollment, or other circumstances, we will notify registrants by email and issue a full refund or transfer to another scheduled program within two weeks of the cancellation. To cancel a reservation, please contact Powisset Farm 7 days prior to the start of the program to receive a full refund. Refunds will not be granted for cancellations placed fewer than 7 days before the start of the program.
