Join us as we take our Studio U Classes to Trillium Brewing in Canton! Our Studio Director Katie is teaching our high intensity Core Crunch class, which will include a warm up and cool down. Core Crunch is our 30-45 minute core specific class offered at our Newton location. Included with your ticket is one free drink so that you can enjoy one of the many beer options Trillium has available. And if you've ever had a cold beer after a tough workout you know how amazing it tastes!
