Join us in the French Library's newly renovated kitchen for a French cooking workshop with one of the best chefs in town! The workshop will be led in English by Jérôme Bergère, Maître d'hôtel and General Manager of restaurants La Voile and 1855 Bar à Vins.
Attendees will elect to prepare the entrée, the plat de résistance, or the dessert.
The workshop will be followed by the prepared three-course dinner in our beautiful gallery.
On the menu for the evening:
Entrée: tartare de saumon et sa salade printanière
Plat de résistance: carré d'agneau, gratin dauphinois et tomates à la provençale
Dessert: Île flotante et sa sauce caramel
Wine included.
Each group will prepare a surprise, extra French petit quelque chose to add another layer of gourmandise and fun to the experience!
Be prepared to be on your feet, standing at a table, and using your hands for most of the class.
