Joining us for our next Cooking Live (From Home) is Nimesh Maharjan, Executive Chef of Tuscan Kitchen in the Seaport District. Have you been missing his Tagliatelle alla Bolognese? If so, we’ve got you covered! He’ll be teaching you how to make it from the comfort of your own home and below are the ingredients you need to procure to follow along with him live ‪next Friday‬ on @bostonmagevents.
He’ll be going live ‪at 5pm‬ and the dish takes a couple hours to simmer once it’s made, so plan for ‪a 7:30pm‬ dinner. Enjoy a few glasses of wine while it simmers away and the rich aromas fill your home. It’s worth the wait!
