Join Cook's Illustrated for a very special beer dinner at Trillium Brewing Company's taproom and restaurant in Fort Point!


Enjoy a 4-course meal of recipes curated from the Cook's Illustrated catalog and paired with your favorite Trillium brews. Cook's Illustrated (CI) Editor in Chief Dan Souza and CI editors Lan Lam, Andrew Janjigian, and Annie Petito will introduce each course and discuss their recipe development process. Trillium co-founder JC Tetreault will talk about recommended beer pairings. Upon arrival, you'll be the first to taste the 2019 version of Illustrated IPA, Trillium's limited release beer first crafted in 2018 to celebrate the 25th Anniversary of Cook's Illustrated. Plus all guests will be leaving with a swag bag to remember the evening and a chance to win our ATK Boston EATS ticket giveaway.
