Join us for our Conversations that Cure: Men's Edition—an all-men’s panel focused on mental health, mindfulness, and healing. This event offers a safe space for men to share their stories and break stigmas. When a man feels safe, he speaks his truth. When he speaks his truth, he heals. Together, let’s create a space where men feel heard and supported.  


Mental Health Declassified (MHD) is a community-driven organization dedicated to breaking the stigma surrounding mental health. Founded by Brandon Teixeira after his own journey with mental health challenges, MHD creates safe spaces that connect real-life experiences with mental health advocacy. While not a clinical resource, MHD serves as a bridge, offering education, personal stories, and accessible resources to help individuals feel supported and empowered. By fostering awareness and empathy, MHD seeks to transform conversations around mental health and strengthen community well-being. MHD knows that mental health conversation can save lives. For many, this isn’t just a matter of well-being, it’s a matter of survival.
