About Ken Rogerson
KEN ROGERSON, the funniest man you’ve never heard of, started his comedy career working the Chicago club circuit and at the famed Second City. After touring with the improvisational troupe The Comedy Rangers, Ken moved east and became a central part of the now famous and infamous exploding Boston comedy scene of the 1980’s. There he honed his standup act to a fine edge “…sharp enough to cut the head off a rabbit at thirty yards.”
Rogerson is one busy comic. A recent hit on Showtime’s Billy Gardell’s Road Dogs, just off his third Rescue Me Comedy Tour, appearances in Showtime’s “When Standup Stood Out”, and recently seen on CNN Comedy and at the TBS LOL Lounge from The Comedy Festival in Vegas, you may have also seen him as “Kevin the Biker Fireman” on F/X’s hit show “Rescue Me” starring Denis Leary or as “Pat the Cop” on ABC’s “It’s All Relative” with Lenny Clarke. He has made numerous other television appearances on such shows as NBC’s , “Late night with Conan O’Brien”, “The Late Show with David Letterman”, “Last Comic Standing” “Comics Come Home” for Comedy Central and Showtime’s “A Pair of Jokes” just to name a few. Of the time he spends working in Los Angeles, Rogerson says “Being in L.A. is weird for me, because I grew up on Earth.”
ALSO FEATURING COMEDY FROM Jim McCue
Jim has been featured on Comedy Central, Comcast Comedy Spotlight, NBC’s “Last Comic Standing,” RedEye on Fox news, Live at Gotham AXS and Jim has made several appearances on Bob and Tom show.
Jim has toured the globe Entertaining our troops and wrote a book called Embedded Comedian describing some of his adventures. Jim started his comedy career in Boston performing with Iconic Comedians like Bill Burr, Joe Rogan, Patrice O'Neil, and many more.
