It’s autumn and not just leaves are changing color!
At this immersive experience and guided walk, we’ll discover color and cover – for insects, mammals, small plants and more – as they prepare for seasonal transformation. Everything is starting to change in October! Ranger Tim will take us on a walk to observe seasonal changes and learn why color and cover is so important. The crisp early evening atmosphere will help us with discovery. You’ll leave understanding there’s more to autumn in the woods than peak foliage!
Your guide will be Tim Puopolo, a Trustees ranger and naturalist, and recipient of the Massachusetts Department of Conservation and Recreation’s “Outstanding Park Interpreter” award.
Pre-registration is required at https://thetrustees.org/event/89232/
