In the wake of the devastating fires that have ravaged the Los Angeles area, it is easy to feel overwhelmed with grief. Marja Lankinen & Emma Ayotte, two Down Under instructors who once called LA home, invite you to take those feelings & turn them into mutual aid.
This 75-minute class will begin with a flow led by Marja, aimed to take tough feelings & move them through the body. Afterwards, Emma will lead a reflective, grounding restorative portion of class to help nurture the nervous system.
Pay what you can and all proceeds will be split evenly and sent directly to the Pasadena Humane Society and Children’s Books for Altadena’s Displaced Children.
We are all we’ve got, so let’s come together for those in need across the country.
