Our building may be closed, but science never stops. And neither does the Museum of Science! Join us for SubSpace- Adult Programs After Dark, an entire virtual season of FREE live events, conversations, art experiences, gaming and more. Participate and redefine your nightlife with us - only at the Museum of Science!
For two years one of Boston’s brightest stars of Drag, Coleslaw, has continued to sell out performances of the hit series Coleslaw’s Corner in collaboration with the Museum of Science. Utilizing the singular capabilities of the Planetarium, Coleslaw has revolutionized Drag and pushed the boundaries of the fulldome medium to astounding new heights. Now, she brings her unique, hilarious and magnificent brand of performance art into your homes with the premiere of her new digital series- Coleslaw's Corner: Science in Drag!
Join Coleslaw as she sits down with a different expert, scientist or researcher each episode to explore, question and learn about topics of science and technology that shape our world today. Part conversation, part Q&A with a few games and surprises thrown in, get ready for laughs, fabulousness and creativity at every turn...and you just may learn a thing or two as well!
In the premiere event, Coleslaw is joined by Talia Sepersky, Coordinator and Educator from the Charles Hayden Planetarium, for a conversation about space, our universe and the cosmos above us.
This program is free thanks to the generosity of the Lowell Institute.
