SOUND BATH WITH SHANEL ANDERSON

Wash your worries away in sound waves. A sound bath is a meditative experience where you are “bathed” in sound waves. These waves are produced by various sources, including healing instruments such as gongs, singing bowls, percussion, chimes, rattles, tuning forks, and even the human voice itself.

VISION BOARD WITH MIKKI WILSON

Connect your inner voice to your vision board. Vision board materials are provided to attendees, but feel free to bring elements that are special to you. We encourage you to get creative with personal pictures, pieces of nature, and more!
