To feed up to 10 people, we offer a choice of the below "Center of The Table Holiday Carving Items", along with a feast's worth of sides and our chef's re-heating instructions and a meat thermometer.

1. Naturally-Raised Prime Rib of Beef, Marinated with fresh herbs, Garlic and Shallots, along with 1 quart of Red Wine Sauce and Horseradish Cream $490


2. Two Whole Roasted Naturally Raised Tenderloins of Beef, Marinated with Fresh herbs, Garlic and Shallots, One Quart of Red Wine Sauce and Horseradish Cream $580


3. Bone-In Country Ham, Glazed with Brown Sugar and Grain Mustard, One Quart of Pineapple Golden Raisin Sauce $480

4. 12-18 Pound Organically Raised Whole Turkey, Stuffed with Herbs and Aromatics, Fully Seasoned, Two Quarts Turkey Gravy and ½ Quart Cape Cranberry Sauce $420


All dinner selections include the following sides:
1 dozen fresh baked country rolls with local butter and sea salt
2 quarts Maine lobster chowder with Westminster crackers
2 quarts Creamy Mashed Northeast Potatoes
2 quarts Roasted Winter Root Vegetables and Tender Chestnuts
10 portions organic whole roasted acorn squash with cinnamon brown sugar
1 baked Boston Cream “cake"
1 quart Crème Anglaise
1 dozen holiday cookies
2 quarts local organic egg nog (add your own spirit at home!)
