This July, City Tap House is throwing it back to the decade where boy bands and Beanie Babies reigned supreme: the ‘90s. Hosted weekly on Sundays, the ‘90s-Themed Brunch will have you rocking your fanny pack, throwing on that baby tee and bucket hat, or going grunge to prove your rebellion.
While rotating DJs spin your favorite throwbacks, take a stroll down memory lane with the most iconic tastes of the decade: Fruity Pebble Waffles ($9); Gourmet Hot Pockets ($11); and Cinnamon Toast Crunch & Bacon Crumble Banana Toast ($17). On the liquid side, swizzle down Adult Capri Sun ($13) pouches laced with Jack Daniels or get a sugar rush with the Millennial Mimosa Tree ($25) – five flutes of Korbel with elderflower liqueur garnished with Pop Rocks, Sweet Tarts, Pixy Stix, Nerds and gummy worms – decorated with mini troll dolls.
As quintessential ‘90s flicks play on City Tap’s collection of HDTVs, challenge fellow millennials to throwback games like Guess Who?, Operation, Trouble, Bop It!, Battleship and more.
