Please note: this program is for young professionals from Greater Boston and who are between the ages of 21 and 39.
It’s no secret the cost of living in Boston is high and talented young professionals – like you – face tough decisions about their future here. We even wrote a report, in partnership with The Boston Foundation, that highlights the concern the region’s next generation of leaders has around their ability to afford to stay here.
What are the building blocks we need for an affordable Boston, today and in the future? What resources are available, but maybe just out of sight, you can tap into to tackle the housing market? Join City Awake, Boston Society of Architects and MassHousing’s new Executive Director, Chrystal Kornegay, in a discussion around workforce and affordable housing. Attendees will engage in an interactive session, connect with peers across industry and sector, and walk away with new knowledge about this important and pressing issue.
About City Awake
City Awake works to empower the next generation of Greater Boston leaders through programming that builds community and engages young professionals in dialogue about the most pressing issues facing our region. Through this work, we hope to deepen their connections to the broader business and civic communities and recognize their important contributions to our thriving economy.
