Nearly 146 Million Tons Of Food End Up In Landfills In The United States Each Year. In this session, we will focus on the burgeoning food waste innovation scene in Boston and the intersection of food innovation and circularity. Discussion topics will range from transforming waste streams into value chains to policy solutions. Come to network with other food innovation players, learn about this ecosystem, and get ideas for collaboration. You just might walk away with inspiration for your next venture in food waste.
