Chef Brian Poe is honoring Cinco de Mayo at his new taco paradise by dishing out the “Burrito de Mayo” special, a burrito paired with your choice of a selection of Mexican-style beers ($15 for the pairing).
The culinary creation is the Fundito Beef Burrito with grass-fed beef, jalapeño, jicama, spring onion salsa and fundito cheese sauce and it can be washed down with a cerveza such as Tecate, 21st Amendment Brewery’s El Sully, Stony Creek Brewery’s La Garza Mexicali and more.
