CiderFeast™, the festival celebrating all things hard cider, returns to Boston on Saturday, November 9, 2024, at the South Boston Lithuanian Citizens’ Association. Tickets for the annual autumnal event are on sale now at ciderfeasthq.com.
Against a backdrop of peak foliage in Boston, more than 20 local cideries and producers pour their best hard ciders at this uniquely New England event. CiderFeast™ Boston hosts top local cideries and regional standouts, giving attendees direct access to some of the most respected names in cider—all in one place.
“The sheer selection of amazing ciders sets CiderFeast™ apart,” says cider expert and Beer Sessions Radio™ host Jimmy Carbone. “At CiderFeast™ Boston, you also get the chance to meet each cidermaker as you experience what they created. Having all of that in one place is an incredible opportunity for both experienced cider fans and those just getting into the cider world.”
CiderFeast™ Boston features over 20 cideries and producers and offers the chance to explore exceptional ciders from Stormalong Cider, known for blending culinary and rare heirloom varieties with traditional and modern techniques; JMASH Cidery, producing small-batch, bold orchard-to-can flavors; Eden Ciders, focusing on biodynamic and environmentally sustainable practices; and Bird Dog Cider, a family-run operation rooted in tradition.
The full CiderFeast™ Boston Lineup includes:
CiderFeast™ Boston also spotlights cider’s versatility through thoughtful food pairings with favorite local bites. “Cider is like wine in that different ciders pair beautifully with a wide range of food,” Carbone explains. “You have sweet and dry ciders; variations in flavor thanks to different apple varieties, varying terroir, and application of technique; ABVs from 4% to 12%, and so on. Featuring food from local producers at CiderFeast™ Boston lets cider show off in ways that may surprise people.”
There will be Eastern European specialties from Lithuanian Kitchen, bites from Formaggio Kitchen, craft hot sauces from Craic Sauce, cider donuts, and a range of plant-based and gluten-free options at CiderFeast™ Boston.
Tickets and packages, on sale now at ciderfeasthq.com, start at $40 (plus fee) per ticket, with VIP and Group options available.
