Spend the evening sipping on the celebrated flavors of Paul Hobbs Winery at Chopps American Bar and Grill with a special wine dinner feature winery owner Matt Hobbs.
On Wednesday, April 3rd starting at 6:30 pm, join winery owner Matt Hobbs and the team at Chopps for a three-course prix fixe menu expertly paired with varietals from the most distinctive sites in the Russian River Valley, Sonoma Coast and Napa Valley. The menu will celebrate the exquisite flavors of Paul Hobbs Winery with pairings including Pan Roasted Atlantic Halibut with red quinoa, baby bok choy, and pinot noir butter and Grilled Coffee Spiced Filet Mignon from Executive Chef Steve Zimei.
