Boston LesBiGay Urban Foundation, Inc. (B.L.U.E.) provides cooking classes to educate community members on the necessary life skills that can assist residents on how to cook meals for four at the cost of $25 or less. Please join us for this cooking class with Chef Ebony Johnson.

Chef Ebony Johnson has two jobs. Ebony works full time in a restaurant kitchen in Boston. When not in the restaurant kitchen, Ebony is raising her four children as a single parent. Combining her professional experience and her parenting, Ebony understands the challenges of feeding a family healthy meal. Ebony is a graduate of New England Culinary Arts Training in Boston. In the fall, Ebony will begin her college career at Roxbury Community College, majoring in business administration.
