About the Classes
Although American dishes are inspired by global cuisines, they have also developed their own unique, delicious specialties. This new, exciting five-day series examines different cuisines and cultures from around the United States.
Each class will be filled with hands-on cooking, creativity, and fun. ChopChop teacher-chef Haynes Altobello will take students on a tasty, healthy, educational adventure as she helps them develop kitchen fundamentals. Young chefs will safely learn culinary techniques as they prepare mouthwatering recipes.
Mark your calendars and sign up before the series fills!
