On Thursday, March 12, gather in the street-level bistro and help Bistro du Midi’s Executive Chef Robert Sisca reach his Boston Marathon fundraising goal. Tickets to the event include complimentary hors d'oeuvres and raw bar, the chance to sip on a "Finish Line" cocktail, and a charity raffle. 100% of proceeds will be donated to Team Joslin, working to find a cure for diabetes.


Chef Robert has watched thousands cross the Boston Marathon finish line right near Bistro du Midi over the years. The runners’ faces of success, gratitude and pride supporting incredible organizations have always inspired him to one day run the marathon. With the support of his wife, twin boys and his Bistro du Midi team, all of whom understand what it feels like to lose loved ones to diabetes, Chef has committed himself to running the 2020 Boston Marathon for Team Joslin!


All of the money raised by Team Joslin supports the High Hopes Fund at Joslin Diabetes Center working to prevent, treat and cure diabetes through cutting-edge research, comprehensive patient care and pioneering education programs.
