We are welcoming spring by putting together a beautiful plate of artisanal cheeses and Vermont salami paired with handcrafted Truro wines from The Pine Bar!! Sit at the bar, learn about the cheese and wine, where it comes from why it's special, and taste how delicious! Truro is a vinifera vineyard that produces wine with intense flavor and lush varietal character. Our cheese comes from Massachusetts dairy farms where the cows don't get hormones, steroids, antibiotics(unless absolutely necessary), roam the pastures, and are fed an 100% vegetarian diet that is mostly grown on their farm. Expert cheese makers use the all natural milk to create wonderful cheeses! The Pine Bar expertly pairs each cheese and salami with a Truro wine that tastes wonderful together. There will be a variety of cheese, salami, and wine. Come and enjoy!!
