Join us as we break down what makes you tick cheese-wise, tasting some delicious cheese and pairings along the way!!


Do you get flustered in front of a cheese case? Do you get dreamy over cheese plate pictures on Pinterest and Instagram? Do you never know quite what to put on your plate? Join us for this unique class that starts with a fun Buzzfeed-style quiz (no studying needed). This will kick off a night of munching cheeses, and pairings while we teach you all about your cheese plate personality and what it says about you. Buy a ticket for a friend to find out what makes them tick! You’ll all leave this class looking forwards to curating your next cheese plate. A delicious, light-hearted night will be had! Please let us know about any allergies at ticket purchase so we can make the proper accommodations.


So that staff and attendees can comfortably enjoy eating and discussing these delicious cheeses and pairings without masks on, all attendees for in-person classes must provide proof of full COVID-19 vaccination. A photograph of your vaccine card along with photo ID will suffice.
