St. Paul AME Church in Cambridge is hosting a free community health and wellness event “Check Your Health” at the Christian Life Center, 85 Bishop Allen Drive, Cambridge. The event will offer free health screenings and flu shots, health information, workshops, group led exercise, Tai Chi and activities for the whole family. Free and open to the public.
