Mark your calendars for our Annual Tree Lighting Celebration on Saturday, November 30th from 4 PM to 7 PM. In partnership with the Harvard Square Business Association, the upper-level courtyard will be transformed into a holiday wonderland!
The festivities will kick off at 4:00 PM with hot chocolate and delicious sweets from Henrietta’s Table, alongside a fun and festive children’s craft project. At 4:15 PM, families are invited to gather for story time with our friends from the Harvard Coop, who will read a winter classic for children of all ages.
Guests can also enjoy seasonal treats such as hot chocolate and cookies.
The highlight of the evening will be the countdown to the Tree Lighting at 5:30 PM, which will include a special appearance from Santa Claus!
At 6:00 PM, enjoy exclusive excerpts from The Nutcracker by José Mateo Ballet Theatre, bringing the magic of the season to life.
As a bonus, the Cambridge Fire Department will be collecting new, unwrapped toys for their annual Toys for Tots drive, so please bring along a gift to support this wonderful cause!
