Chef Nick Deutmeyer is bringing back his celebrated Charc Week specials to Post 390 for the second year, offering a variety of unique and delicious charcuterie specials. Nick is giving guests an extended Charc Week run, with specials available July 22 through August 4. The full menu of Charc Week specials includes:


Halibut Nicoise Terrine $8
quail egg, haricot verts, nicoise olives, tomato concase, pickled mustard seeds, celery


Smoked Bluefish Pate $8
zepher squash escabeche, rosemary-thyme hard tack


Chilled Lobster & Shrimp Sausage $8
croissant, bibb lettuce, dijonnaise, pickle relish


Pickled Herring Fillet $8
three bean salad, dill & parsley


Monkfish Nduja $8
