The Class

Sure, Champagne can only be from France, but with the incredible sparkling wines coming out of the US, we don’t even need it. Come close out 2023 with us as we pop open a flight of American Bubbly with some light fare. Sommelier and American Sparkling Wine Advocate Bertil Jean-Chronberg will demystify your Blanc de Blancs from your Blanc de Noirs, and everything in between. Learn the differences between them, and what you like best so you’ll have the perfect wine for your New Year’s Eve, and ever after. 


What’s included: a flight of 5 wines & light food.

$95 pp + $17 service fee

Class size is limited to up to eight participants.
