If you are curious about the chakras, ?red of feeling
lost or confused when someone men?ons chakras or energy, or looking for a way to take your yoga prac?ce to the next level, then this is the workshop for you!
In this two hour journey, we will explore the ancient system of
chakras to understand what chakras are and how they work—
their func?on and their purpose. We will look at how the chakras
relate to our physical, mental, emo?onal, and spiritual aspects, and
see how the system can be used as a tool for understanding ourselves, healing, and achieving goals—material and spiritual. You will learn secrets of how to awaken, balance, and energize the chakras, and begin applying them right away.
The workshop includes a mixture of lecture and yoga prac?ce. It is suitable for everyone, from beginners who have no prior experience with yoga to advanced prac??oners. All will find informa?on suitable to their own level.
