The Ritz-Carlton, Boston’s Executive Sous Chef and Artisan Bistro Restaurant Chef, Joel Eugene, will offer the following prix fixe menu for Valentine’s Day dining:
$65.00 per person, plus taxes & gratuities includes salad and choice of entree:
Salad
Watercress, frisee, blood orange, toasted almond, feta cheese, sherry poppy seed dressing
Squid ink lobster tortellini
Salmon roe beurre blanc, fried leeks, Lobster tail, dehydrated blood orange

Filet mignon
Oven roasted tomato, poached asparagus, pommes puree, caviar butter
Desserts courtesy of Pastry Chef Christopher Goluszka will be offered and priced separately.
Artisan Bistro will offer their regular dinner menu, plus this Valentine’s Day prix fixe menu on Friday, February 9th and Saturday, February 10th, and on Wednesday, February 14th from 4:00 PM - 10:30 PM.
