This Thanksgiving, Executive Chef Salvatore Firicano of Strega Waterfront invites friends and families to give thanks by gathering in Boston’s bustling Seaport for a day of celebrating festive traditions and enjoying classic holiday fixings. In conjunction with Strega Waterfront’s a la carte dinner menu, Chef Firiciano and the restaurant’s talented culinary team will serve a three-course prix-fixe Thanksgiving Day menu that is sure to please each and every palate at the dinner table!
Crafted from fresh, autumnal ingredients, Strega Waterfront’s prix-fixe Thanksgiving Day menu includes a mouthwatering Butternut Squash Ravioli appetizer complemented by walnuts, sage, and decadent brown butter. For the main course, guests will be delighted to indulge in the classic holiday duo, Oven Roasted Turkey & Pineapple-Glazed Baked Ham, served with roasted parsnips, homemade Italian stuffing and cranberry sauce. To finish the meal off on a sweet note, Executive Pastry Chef Alexandre Bonnefoi will serve a decadent House Made Holiday Pie (perfect for sharing!)
