At Bambara Kitchen & Bar in the Kimpton Marlowe Hotel, Bambara mixologist John Erdmann knows how important a sunny day is for the annual PRIDE Parade and month-long celebration here in Boston.
No one really enjoys a rainy day PRIDE so he’s created a special PRIDE cocktail that sends positive sunny vibes into the universe called DON’T RAIN ON MY PARADE. This special cocktail features vodka, Elderflower liqueur, fresh lemon, hibiscus ginger syrup, and is topped with Prosecco and garnished with an orchid flower.
The DON’T RAIN ON MY PARADE PRIDE cocktail is available at Bambara Kitchen & Bar during the month of June, 6/1-6/30. And, $1.00 from the sale of every PRIDE cocktail sold will support the Boston Alliance of LGBTQ+ Youth (BAGLY), a youth-led, adult-supported organization committed to social justice, and creating, sustaining and advocating for programs, policies and services for the LGBTQ+ youth community.
