Thursday, February 22nd is National Margarita Day and Bambara Kitchen & Bar at Kimpton Marlowe Hotel invites you to commemorate the day by ordering one of their cocktail specials, Jam, I wish I was your lover. We see you Sophie B. Hawkins! 


Shake things up a bit by ordering this refreshing take on a margarita that features two agave spirits as well as a pomegranate-chili jam that’s made in house. John Erdmann who oversees the Bambara cocktail program uses pineapple juice instead of traditional lime juice and a spicy jam instead of agave syrup to ensure this cocktail is “a little spicy, a little sweet and a lot of flavor in each sip.” It’s garnished with chili threads to add a surprise and delight moment while infusing a hint of smoky flavor to the cocktail, adds Erdmann. Definitely a margarita special that’ll "rock you 'til the daylight comes, make sure you are smilin' and warm."
