In just a few days, on September 25th, we observe National Lobster Day, a day set aside to splurge on fresh lobster. And for many, a ritual to celebrate summer's last hurrah.
One Cambridge restaurant makes it easy to commemorate this special occasion. Adam Resnick, Executive Chef at Bambara Kitchen & Bar, offers a Lobster Roll (it’s always in season!) with lemon aioli, thick cut wedge fries and coleslaw. Chef Resnick says "we keep it simple and celebrate the flavor of the cold lobster with just salt, pepper, lemon juice and chives. Of course, we can butter the lobster and serve it hot. Either way, hot or cold, it’s served on a toasted brioche bun."
